Membership for 2024 - It's Time to Renew

Happy January 24th 2024 everybody!

Katie, your membership officer, rolling in with my first blog of the year because we're about one month in to the new year so please make sure to renew your membership (if you're going to, which we all really hope you do) as soon as possible.

There are a few ways you can do this:

1. Print out the form, fill out the information (make sure you physically sign your name with a pen please), and bring this newly filled out form along with your payment to any ride, volunteer event, or montly meeting to hand to either myself or one of the officers listed as a Primary Officer at the bottom of our home page.
2. Bring your money to our next monthly meeting (Don't know when that is? Don't worry, you can find it on our calendar!) and we'll have a form ready for you to fill out when you get there.
3. Head on in to Scoprion Harley Davidson and go to one of the amazing motorclothes employees, let them know you'd like to sign up or renew your membership and they'll have a form and can take your payment there!
   • PLEASE NOTE: if you do option 3 and turn in your form and money at the dealership, please email me at [email protected] so I know to look out for your form.
   • ALSO NOTE: paying and signing up this way does have a delay that, at this current moment in time, is an average of one month to get your forms and money from the dealer to the correct officers and into our accounts/sytems, so this will be reflected when you look in your profile for the website and HOG[SCAN] App in the following ways:
     • If we receive your form but not your money, your Release Expiration will be updated to the end of the year like normal, but your Chapter Expiration will show as expiring one month from the date I received your form.
     • If we receive your money somehow before your form, your Chapter Expiration will be updated to the end of the year, but your Release Expiration will remain as expired and for every ride you attend that the officers haven't received your membership form, you will be required to sign a waiver. This is mandatory from National HOG for us to have on file.
     • If you email that you paid and left your form at the dealer, your Chapter Expiration will show as expiring one month from that date to allow us officers time to receive them from the dealership. Your Release Expiration will remain as expired and for every ride you attend that the officers haven't received your membership form, you will be required to sign a waiver. This is mandatory from National HOG for us to have on file until we have your membership form.
