Winter Roundup event to be held in Yuma

Ride plan is here

Plain text info from ride plan:

  1. Left out fo the dealership, right onto Sundust Rd across I-10, left onto Maricopa Rd, Right onto SR-347, right onto SR-238, right onto SR-85/Pima Rd, stop at Shell station (942 E Pima St, Gila Bend, AZ 85337) for gas. Decide here on lunch (several options in Gila Bend).
  2. Continue on to I-8, head west. Ride. Ride. Ride some more. It’s a long and boring ride to Yuma. Eventually, you get to US-95; exit and turn left. Recommend a stop at the ARCO station (950 E 16th St, Yuma, AZ 85365) for refueling prior to the next day’s riding. From the ARCO station, turn right onto Redondo Center Dr. and arrive at the Radisson Hotel.
  3. On the way home, do basically the opposite. Option to stop in Dateland on the way home as needed for a bio break; it’s the gas station right off I-8 at exit 67 (1737 Ave 64 E, Dateland, AZ 85333). Plan to leave the hotel not later than check-out at 11.
  4. Gas costs reflect day rides during the trip.
  5. Note that there’s at least one excursion to Algodones, Mexico. If you want to go on this ride, you will need to bring your passport (or passport card), obtain Mexico motorcycle insurance <https://pjg.life/mxinsurance>, and remember that firearms are PROHIBITED across the border
